Order Cancellation, Refund, Eschange Policy:
You have 24 hours from the time of order to cancel or make changes. After this window, your order will enter production, and modifications or cancellations will no longer be possible. Please double-check your order carefully, as mistakes made during the ordering process are not eligible for cancellation once production has started.
Damaged Items Policy:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide a photo of the damage. We will gladly replace the item if notified within this timeframe.
